1. About the App
Brick Fanatics App (the “App”) is operated by Tiro Media Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, or “our”). The App provides LEGO® set lookup, collection tracking and related features, including affiliate-based purchase links and optional subscription services.
LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group. Brick Fanatics App is an independent, unofficial application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the LEGO Group.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
- Certain features are available through a paid subscription, processed securely via RevenueCat through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- All billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective policies.
- Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. If we change pricing, existing subscribers will be notified via the App Store/Play Store system before renewal.
- Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you disable auto-renewal in your device account settings.
4. Affiliate Links & Cashback
- The App may display product links or offers from third-party retailers and affiliate networks.
- If you choose to make a purchase through these links, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.
- From time to time, we may display cashback or reward-style indicators based on retailer promotions or affiliate programmes. Any displayed cashback rates are illustrative only and not guaranteed.
- Any points or reward features introduced in the future (including “Brick Coin” or similar) are non-monetary, have no intrinsic cash value, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
5. No Account Creation
The App currently operates without user account registration. App preferences and collection data may be stored locally on your device or synchronised via platform services (such as Apple iCloud or Google backup, if enabled by you).
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or modify any part of the App.
- Interfere with the App’s operation or attempt unauthorised access to its systems.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable UK or international law.
7. Availability & Changes to the App
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice. Features, data sources, and third-party integrations (including affiliate feeds and pricing data) may change.
8. Intellectual Property
All content within the App (excluding third-party trademarks such as LEGO®) is the property of Tiro Media Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
9. Disclaimers
- The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of set data, pricing, availability or affiliate information displayed.
- Product availability, pricing and retailer policies may change at any time and are outside our control.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiro Media Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the App, including indirect or consequential loss.
11. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party platforms including Apple, Google, RevenueCat and affiliate networks. Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
