LEGO train fans unite once again to send 1800's Railroading | Bridges and Engines chugging its way to 10,000 supporters.
Based on a popular train design from the 1880s (the 4-4-0 steam locomotive), fan designers Shawshank's 1800's Railroading | Bridges and Engines recreates various authentic features, including the four leading wheels and four driving wheels. To add some colour, the build also features foliage and a rail for it to sit on, as if it's making a journey through a rocky, mountainous area.
This isn't Shawshank's first rodeo, having already had V.&T.R.R. #12, Genoa gain 10,000 supporters in the first LEGO Ideas review round of 2023, back in February of that year.
Now, the latest design becomes the 26th project in the second review round of 2025. You can remind yourself of the competition in the table below.
