To celebrate the reveal of the two LEGO Editions Formula 1 helmets, Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc posed with life-sized versions in Australia.
Ferrari Formula 1 drivers Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc showed off life-sized LEGO replicas of their helmets in the paddock of the Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne to promote the reveal of 43014 Scuderia Ferrari HP Charles Leclerc Helmet and 43022 Scuderia Ferrari HP Lewis Hamilton Helmet. Both LEGO Editions helmets are available to pre-order now ahead of their launch on May 1.
The life-sized brick-built versions of the helmets sported by Leclerc and Hamilton featured details from the 2025 helmet designs. They were each made up of more than 3,500 LEGO pieces – almost four times as many as the LEGO Editions sets – and weigh just shy of 3kg a piece. The Formula 1 driver duo took the helmets on a walk through the paddock for fans and media to see.
“As a fan of the sport I am delighted to reveal these two sets coming to all Tifosi and fellow fans soon," said John Ho, Model Design Master at the LEGO Group. "It was an absolute pleasure to get to work on these sets with a team of fellow passionate and talented designers.
"The unique curves and intricate details from the helmets presented a fascinating opportunity, and our team worked passionately to ensure every aspect was captured. Seeing them come to life, in a new scale, in Melbourne in the hands of two of the best drivers in the world is such a proud moment for the whole team.”
LEGO Editions 43014 Scuderia Ferrari HP Charles Leclerc Helmet and 43022 Scuderia Ferrari HP Lewis Hamilton Helmet are both available to pre-order now for £79.99 / $89.99 / €89.99 ahead of their launch on May 1, 2026.
