LEGO Insiders can double their points this weekend – but Brick Search Plus members can get more on top with just a few easy taps…
The imminent double points weekend means that any purchase at LEGO.com on November 22 and 23 receives the equivalent 10% in points that can be spent on future orders, and double points weekends are always big events for LEGO fans – arguably the best value-for-money of the year.
But LEGO Insiders can add to their 10% cashback if they are also Brick Search Plus members, as Brick Search Plus members get 3% back on LEGO.com purchases as standard when they are made through the app. The two cashback programs stack together, so that takes the total return on any double points weekend shopping up to a huge 13%.
The Brick Search cashback comes in the form of Brick Credits. Every £1 spent at LEGO.com after tapping through via the app returns three Brick Credits and, like Insiders points, Brick Credits can be redeemed for LEGO.com gift cards to be used online. 2,000 Brick Credits gets a £20 LEGO.com gift card and 5,000 Brick Credits gets a £50 LEGO.com gift card.
To start earning Brick Credits, first become a Brick Search Plus member then start building a LEGO.com shopping bag in the app with a simple tap of the bag icon. Add everything you want to your bag then head to the checkout and follow the steps from there.
Every new Brick Search Plus member starts with 100 Brick Credits to set them on their way to a first digital LEGO.com gift card – the equivalent of spending £33 at LEGO.com.
Brick Search Plus members also receive a £30 voucher to use at the Minifigure Store (UK/EU only; terms and conditions apply), as well as unlimited use of the app’s minifigure box code scanner and full access to the app’s LEGO archive of more than 10,000 sets.
