A LEGO Ideas Tintin demonstration event is coming tomorrow

A demonstration of the LEGO Ideas Tintin set will take place tomorrow at one of the few official Tintin shops to celebrate the partnership.

LEGO or Tintin enthusiasts near the Tintin shop in Brussels should clear some time in their calendar tomorrow. A special demonstration of 21367 Tintin Moon Rocket will be taking place at the boutique tomorrow, April 1, from 1.30 pm to 5.30 pm local time.

An official description of the event states that it will include the set being built live, but whether there will be any surprises to the demonstration is unknown. Either way, it's a good chance to see the LEGO Tintin set for yourself in the two special locations before you decide whether or not to pick it up.

Seeing the LEGO set in the Tintin-specific location is likely going to be worthwhile for any major Tintin fan, but it will require a trek to Brussels if you're not in the area.

The new LEGO Ideas set will be sold at the boutique, as well as at the Hergé Museum Bookshop in Louvain-la-Neuve. The LEGO Ideas set is otherwise available at LEGO Stores worldwide for £139.99 / $159.99 / €159.99 starting from tomorrow. It includes 1,283 pieces, five minifigures, Snowy, as well as the red and white rocket itself. We took a closer look at the build in our recent review.
