LEGO Star Wars 75411 Darth Maul Mech review

75411 Darth Maul Mech is as bizarre and unique as every other mech so far out of the LEGO Star Wars line.

As a collection aimed at younger builders and very much mirroring what we see in the Marvel and DC LEGO ranges too, the LEGO Star Wars mechs offer new and unique interpretations of characters from a galaxy far, far away, and 75411 Darth Maul Mech stands as the latest to do just that.

LEGO Star Wars 75411 Darth Maul Mech review 1 1024x683

This is based on the character’s design in The Clone Wars, where he has returned with mechanical legs, having somehow survived the end of The Phantom Menace. For those mechanical legs alone, it’s the best version of the character to put into mech form, whilst the red and black torso is nicely captured across the top half of the build too.

These LEGO Star Wars mechs are uncomplicated in concept. They offer a fun, completely unreal, and wholly new entry point into building something from the films and television shows that you thought you otherwise knew so well.
