A new LEGO Speed Champions polybag based on the F1 Academy has been officially revealed on the online LEGO store.
30734 Mini F1 ACADEMY Car has surfaced on the online LEGO store, although there's no details on when and how it will become available just yet. The LEGO Speed Champions polybag is made up of 58 pieces, and is based on a F1 Academy Car, the women-only Formula 4-level championship.
It's got a similar colour scheme to the F1 Academy car from 71049 F1 Collectible Race Cars, although with a different design and almost double the pieces. It leans into the medium azure and dark pink colours, along with black accents and base.
Instead of a driver with a minifigure head, there's a pink ball element in 30734 Mini F1 Academy Car to replicate a driver's helmet and a new way of representing the halo with a curved LEGO piece. On the side, there's a stickered F1 Academy element, with seemingly no unique prints included in the LEGO Speed Champions polybag.
Although there are no confirmed availability dates, this comes ahead of two Formula 1-themed Speed Champions sets launching on March 1, 77258 F1 ACADEMY LEGO Race Car and 77259 Audi Revolut F1 Team R26.
