An official listing for an upcoming LEGO GWP has revealed a better look at a pirate-themed miniature build.
Following an appearance in a Facebook post from a Thai LEGO Certified Store, 40597 Scary Pirate Island has appeared on the official LEGO website in Australia, confirming that it's on its way soon. Although the price is listed as $29.99 (AUD), no details have been offered as to international minimum prices.
However, based on the post from Bricks Thailand LEGO Certified Stores, we do know it will be available between October 13 and 22 for 3,500 THB in Thailand, which equates to roughly £75. This could offer some indication of how it will be available to shoppers around the world.
We also have a better look at the build itself, made up of a shark-shaped island with a cave stacked with treasure in the mouth. There's also a red and black castle jutting off the side, presumably the home of the pirate minifigure, making his way to the island on a rickety brick-built raft.
