A second LEGO Ideas project based on Red Bull Racing has entered the second 2023 LEGO Ideas review, giving the idea a better chance.
Following their first attempt at a LEGO Ideas set with the Medieval Alchemist, Red Bull's racing team is the topic of _MrB_'s latest project to enter a review round. Submitted on March 3, 2022, this is also their second submission based on Red Bull Racing after A Champion in the Making!
LukasRS' Red Bull Racing F1 Team RB18 1:12 Scale reached the second 2023 review round first, but should either project be approved, we imagine that either user would be happy with the result.
While Red Bull Racing F1 Team RB18 1:12 Scale depicts the car at a massive scale, Red Bull RB18 proposes a Speed Champions-scale model with four minifigures and the pit wall for the team. Two different approaches to the same concept, but it seems unlikely that both will be picked in the second 2023 review.
