The LEGO Spider-Verse minifigures you need multiple of

There's a brand-new LEGO Spider-Verse minifigure series around the corner, and here are the minifigure you'll want to plan to grab multiple of.

71050 Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse is just a couple of weeks away, including 12 more Marvel minifigures to collect, based on Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. In a movie-inspired series, you'd typically only want one of each minifigure, but since the Spider-Verse series comes with so many unique prints and pieces, there are a few that will be worth grabbing a few times over.

Here are the LEGO minifigures you're going to want to buy multiple of, and why they are going to be of interest for a wider LEGO collection.

Spider-Man & May “Mayday” Parker

LEGO Collectible Minifigures 71505 Spider Man Across the Spider Verse 25 1024x1024

The robed character combo of Spider-Man & May “Mayday” Parker should be a tempting minifigure to buy multiple copies of on September 1 for a couple of useful pieces. Mayday's flesh-coloured baby body represents a colour of LEGO baby that is uncommon, only otherwise used in 75583 Minions and Gru’s Family Mansion. Those filling out a LEGO world with more infants are sure to get great use out of this element, in this colour.

Peter B. Parker's new face print should also come in handy to represent other characters with facial hair that need a jovial smile. It's a kind of piece you can never have too much of, much like the baby carrier, which is relatively uncommon in the current portfolio.

Sun-Spider

The new backwards cap and black ergonomic crutches in Sun-Spider's new minifigure are sure to be useful beyond this minifigure, and you might want to pick up two or three Sun-Spiders come September 1. It should be an easy way to diversify your LEGO minifigures in a modern setting.

Sun-Spider's orange and black legs may find use beyond the minifigure as well, fitting the colour scheme of factions from Galaxy Squad, Agents and even Cole from NINJAGO.

Web-Slinger

lego 71050 web slinger 1024x768

Web-Slinger is unlike most of the other LEGO minifigures in 71050 Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse for not featuring many (visible) Spider-Man designs in his outfit, but that's entirely to the benefit of fans.

The wild west fashion represented is certain to be enticing for anyone building up a display of the now-retired theme, and you won't have much of Web-Slinger left over when you scavenge him for parts as a bonus. This is certain to be a useful minifigure, and you can use the Brick Search app to find as many of him and his boots as you need.

Miles Morales / Spider-Man

You'll only need one extra copy of the new Miles Morales minifigure, but it will be one to double up on as long as you own the only other official LEGO Spider-Verse set.

76311 Miles Morales vs. The Spot comes with a Miles Morales minifigure without the lightning details across his body or leg printing, both of which this minifigure has. The legs have no lightning on them, though, meaning you can easily transfer these legs to that other minifigure for an easy and effective upgrade. It will be worth grabbing an extra Miles Morales on September 1, as long as you own that other build.

You can pre-order a complete set of all 12 72046 Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse at Brick Deals right now for shipping midway through.
