WATCH: LEGO Ideas The Nightmare Before Christmas has been officially approved

Take a closer look at The Nightmare Before Christmas, one of two LEGO Ideas 2022 second review submissions to have been officially approved.

The LEGO Ideas review board has been hard at work recently, sifting through 51 fan-made model submissions from last year. The results of the second 2022 review have just been announced, with two impressive creations successfully on their way to becoming physical LEGO sets at some point.

Both Red Telephone Box from John Cramp (Bricked1980) and The Nightmare Before Christmas by Simon Scott (Tvrulesmylife) delivered the goods when it came to the LEGO Ideas team’s approval. The latter could potentially be a big seller, with a cult following having built up around Tim Burton’s 1993 stop-motion movie over the decades since its initial release.

You can take a look at the winning design in our latest YouTube video below, which showcases the many details of the set, including minifigures of Jack Skellington, Sally and other characters.

If viewing videos via TikTok is more your thing, then we’ve got you covered there too, and be sure to follow us if you’d like to see more content like this.

There’s no word yet regarding the final look, pricing or availability for either LEGO Ideas set at this stage, but more details will be forthcoming from the team at a later date.
