Where are LEGO Star Wars 75367 Venator-Class Republic Attack Cruiser’s gunships?

LEGO Star Wars 75367 Venator-Class Republic Attack Cruiser was recently-rumoured to include multiple mini gunship models – so where are they?

Today’s reveal of 75367 Venator-Class Republic Attack Cruiser is sure to get fans of the Clone Wars-era ship fired up, being the largest such version of the vessel to date. Constructed from 5,374 pieces, the massive craft launches for LEGO Insiders on October 1 (with a wider release from October 4), priced at £559.99 / $649.99 / €649.99.

At that scale, 75367 Venator-Class Republic Attack Cruiser looks to pack plenty of detail into its primarily red and grey form, from the command bridge and multiple huge engines to bristling turbolasers and bulky armour plating. From the official images we’ve seen so far, everything about the Ultimate Collector Series set seems to fully capture the look of the imposing vessel, although at first glance something may appear to be missing.

A recent rumour suggested that 75367 Venator-Class Republic Attack Cruiser might include multiple mini Republic Gunships, with four such craft said to come with the LEGO Star Wars set. While that ultimately didn’t prove to be quite true, the UCS build does at least boast one such red and white microscale ship, if you squint hard enough that is.

Located and docked in the port side non-functioning hangar bay of 75367 Venator-Class Republic Attack Cruiser is a tiny three-stud wide Republic Gunship, which seems to be constructed from just a few small elements. Despite its size and there only being one such craft included, the mini model is still a welcome nod to the vessel and certainly helps give the large UCS set a decent sense of scale.

Would we have liked to see more microscale gunships included with 75367 Venator-Class Republic Attack Cruiser? Sure. However, that doesn't detract from what is ultimately likely to be a highly-desirable fan-favourite set and (with only a handful of elements), you can always construct more gunships with which to populate your epic build.
