Just before the latest LEGO House-exclusive set launches, a new Head of LEGO House has been appointed at the Billund attraction.
The LEGO Group has announced that Kathrine Kirk Muff will be succeeded by Rasmus Duun as the new Head of LEGO House. Kathrine served as the Head of LEGO House since 2022, assisting in the attraction's expansion with the new LEGO MASTERS Academy experience.
Rasmus has more than 20 years of experience at the LEGO Group, including leading the company’s in-house agency. He oversaw its global external agency ecosystem and helped to drive the digital transformation of content. Rasmus also previously served as General Manager of the Latin America Business Unit, establishing the Graphic Solutions team and later leading LEGO Retail Model Production at the Kladno factory for six years.

This announcement updating the LEGO Group's worldwide attraction offerings comes shortly after the completion of the acquisition of LEGOLAND Discovery Centres from Merlin Entertainments in a £200 million deal.
“We are excited to welcome the Discovery Centres to the LEGO Group," said LEGO Group CEO Niels B Christiansen. "They will play an important role in helping us to connect with even more fans around the world. We are looking forward to more than 1,500 talented colleagues joining the team and continuing to delight millions of guests each year. We would like to thank Merlin Entertainments for their work over the past 20 years to build fun, playful brand experiences around the world.”
In other LEGO House news, the latest exclusive set will be released starting tomorrow at the attraction, joining a list of previous exclusives.
