We've scoured the internet once more to find some of the best LEGO deals in the UK this week, from sets that will pair well with upcoming releases to much-needed discounts on otherwise pricey models. Starting at Amazon, the £13 saving on 76975 T. rex River Escape makes the £44.99 set £32 instead, which is much more reasonable for the two-minifigure, 199-piece model with a T. rex figure.
76316 Fantastic Four vs. Galactus Construction Figure, the minifigures of which will come in handy for the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday movie, is reduced by 30% at the time of writing, making the Marvel movie set much more accessible. Don't overlook the £35 discount on 43269 101 Dalmatians Puppy, either. The Disney set will go perfectly with the other upcoming Icons puppy model for a great display aimed at dog-lovers.
Zavvi and Very are offering a great assortment of deals on game-inspired models, including £25 off 72037 Mario & Standard Kart at the latter. Considering that the LEGO Group is teasing a matching Luigi model, you might want to take advantage of this sale to be ready for its release. 77073 Battle Bus is £20 off at Very, too, featuring nine exclusive minifigures and a sizable bus build for £69.99 instead of £89.99.
Zavvi are offering a £12 sale on the retiring 77003 Super Shadow vs. Biolizard, featuring an iconic Sonic Adventure 2 boss and an exclusive Super Shadow minifigure. 72038 Wario & King Boo is also £14 off at the retailer, including the only appearance of LEGO Wario and an exclusive element.
John Lewis' recent sale continues to be enticing, including the standout deal on 72046 Game Boy, still £11 off and in stock at the lowest UK price so far.
LEGO One Piece 75640 Baratie Floating Restaurant is the biggest set in the theme so far, packed with exclusive characters in minifigure form. It can be yours for £209.99 instead of £269.99 at the retailer. Transformers enthusiasts will want to consider the £32 discount on 10358 Transformers: Soundwave, too, which includes a special sound brick.
