LEGO Ideas Knight Rider set rumoured for later this year

New rumours for LEGO Ideas state that there's a Knight Rider set on the way later this year, despite no such project being approved yet.

Instagram user carterbricks04, whose track record includes the biggest Pokémon set, has shared two new LEGO Ideas rumours. This includes 21372 La Catrina, stated to cost €129.99 and be released in August 2026 with 1,212 pieces. This shares the same name as the submission which was approved for a model in the first 2025 review, but the other rumoured set isn't quite as simple.

The source also claims that 21370 Knight Rider is coming in August, with 1,226 pieces for €129.99. There has been no Knight Rider project approved for a set at the time of writing, but there's one under consideration as part of the second 2025 review.

Update February 2: the original source of this rumour has now removed all mention of Knight Rider from their listings.

One of the 146 submissions in the largest LEGO Ideas review round ever is Knight Rider - KITT by Jerboa. The project proposes a recreation of KITT to scale with the likes of 10300 Back to the Future Time Machine and other car models. They have also pitched a trio of minifigures to join the set, one of which has already been made thanks to LEGO Dimensions' brief exploration of the IP.

That submission has not been officially approved for a LEGO Ideas set at the time of writing. While we wait to see what is picked from the second 2025 review, here's a reminder of what is confirmed and rumoured for LEGO Ideas this year, but take the rumoured models with the customary grain of salt just in case anything ends up being false.
