Rumoured LEGO One Piece sets receive context in new trailer

A slate of rumoured LEGO One Piece sets may have been contextualised by the new trailer for Season 2 of the Netflix adaptation.

While we wait to learn more about the future of LEGO One Piece officially, rumours for a range of 2026 models have been swirling, including a recent update. It would make sense for a new wave of models to be based on the second season of the live-action adaptation.

A new trailer for that series just dropped this week, too, offering some potential context for the rumoured models. Note that the sets remain just rumours for now and should be taken with caution in case any details end up being inaccurate.

You can watch the new trailer for yourself by clicking the video embedded above. We'll be discussing moments from this trailer and knowledge from the anime arc on which the new season is based, in case you want to avoid spoilers.

75643 Tony Tony Chopper

75643 Tony Tony Chopper is believed to feature 576 pieces, which is a lot for a minifigure-scale version of the character from the series. Such a high piece count would better serve a buildable figure of the character, similar to 43272 Heihei at 566 elements.

A buildable figure would also be able to be rebuilt into different forms. We can see both the traditional and reindeer form of Chopper in the new trailer, proving that he will shapeshift in the season.

75644 Giants of Elbaf

75644 Giants of Elbaf is rumoured to feature 733 elements. There are two such giants in the new trailer, who were also shown in previous footage. These are the gargantuan Dorry and Brogu, who tower over other characters, and especially the trees visible in the background of the new footage.

The trailer reveals that they're fighting a giant fish, known as the Island Eater. 733 pieces might be just enough to cover two buildable figures, as well as a small interpretation of a large fish.

Bonus: Dinosaurs

While we're on the subject of the new trailer, Little Garden is confirmed to feature dinosaurs. This includes a selection similar in appearance to the figures from 76973 Raptor & Titanosaurus Tracking Mission and 76975 T. rex River Escape. This is the perfect excuse to pick up one or both of the Jurassic World sets, if you needed one.

Six LEGO One Piece sets are currently rumoured for later this year. The new season will be released on March 10, but there's currently no official confirmation of any further LEGO One Piece content.
